SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
Customers who create an account on Magneyja.is may be asked to provide certain information, such as email address, phone number, address and more.

Customer warrants that all information provided is correct.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
We try to provide an accurate image of our products in the online store. Please note that the colors or appearance of the product may differ from how it appears on your screen due to the settings of the device you are using.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue production of any product at any time.

SECTION 3 - PRICE
The prices listed include VAT and are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 4 - ORDERS
Magneyja reserves the right to refuse your order for any reason, without explanation.

If we refuse to process an order or need to cancel an order for any other reason, we will contact you and process a refund within three business days.

If we need to make changes to the design or change an order, we will contact you at the phone number and/or email address provided.

The seller is not responsible if the buyer submits poor quality images. Please review the order carefully before completing your purchase.

SECTION 5 - PROHIBITED USE
You may only access and use the Service for lawful purposes. You may not access or use the Service, directly or indirectly: (a) for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; (b) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state law, regulation, statute or local ordinance; (c) to infringe or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (d) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate or harm any of our employees or any other person; (e) to transmit false or misleading information; (f) to transmit, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or reuse any material that does not comply with these Terms; (g) to send or receive advertising or promotional materials, including "junk mail", "chain letters", "spam" or other similar solicitations; (h) to impersonate or attempt to impersonate any other person or entity; or (i) to engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits others from using or enjoying the Services, or that, in our sole discretion, could harm Magneyja, Shopify or users of the Services, or subject them to liability.
In addition, you agree not to: (a) upload or transmit any viruses or other harmful code that will or may be used in any way that affects the functionality or operation of the Service; (b) copy, duplicate, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) use spam, phish, drug attacks, pretext, spider, crawl or scrape; or (e) interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites or the Internet. We reserve the right to suspend, deactivate or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated any part of these Terms.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer shipments via Dropp and Póstin. We also offer home deliveries in urban areas in Árborg.
We offer free shipping via Dropp or home delivery in Árborg if the order is for 20,000 kr or more.
Dropp shipments will be delivered as close as possible to the address provided, unless otherwise stated. You can request a different delivery location at magneyja@magneyja.is.

The buyer will receive a tracking number by email after the order is processed and delivered to the carrier.

The seller undertakes to complete and deliver all orders as soon as possible.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or other uncontrollable events beyond the seller's control.

SECTION 7 - Right to return
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days from the date you receive the product to request a return.*

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping costs for returns are at the buyer's expense unless the product is defective.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or mis-delivered, so that we can respond as soon as possible.

*Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain product types, custom-made items (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a product.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned item and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund using the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
If more than 14 days have passed since we accepted the return, please contact us at magneyja@magneyja.is.

SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly transmit, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on the site without our written consent.
The names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans of Magneyja are trademarks of Kúnzt ehf, its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such trademarks without the written permission of the owner.

SECTION 9 - PRIVACY POLICY
All personal information that Kúnzt ehf obtains through Magneyja.is will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
